Just Found this Blog, Local Girl, which is really good particularly as I was just talking about comics. It's an entirely drawn diary of a Local lass (Hackney) it's got a lovely style and it isn't too knowingly cute check it out.

I'm sure you could write screeds on how they examine the "dead space in our culture" but I prefer to say blimey aren't they great paintings , check out pluto's christmas tree (didn't they do a Peel session once)
